The space of the project is divided into two levels. On the first is the main hall with an open kitchen and a Russian oven and a hall telling about the Twins Garden farm. There is also a modern laboratory where Ivan and Sergey work on the menu, and a separate chef’s table zone. On the second level, you can end your evening in the digestive bar and admire the city center from a panoramic terrace.

Twins Garden is a restaurant based on the concept of a symbiosis of science and nature. In our kitchen we use the latest technological developments and products from our own farm.
Thanks to our farm, regardless of the season, we can form and control most of the restaurant’s food traffic. Personally track what our animals eat, choose the optimal fertilizers for the soil and control the quality of vegetables and fruits literally “from seed to plate.”
